1. Implements a new U.S. Treasury Banking System aligned with Constitutional Law
2. Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters
3. Abolishes the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
4. Abolishes taxation on income
5. Abolishes the Federal Reserve System
6. Implements a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency that is backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals
7. Reinstates the original Title of Nobility 13th Amendment
8. Cancels all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt
9. Abolishes tax on used goods and implements a 14% flat rate, non-essential, sales tax revenue on new goods
10. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation
11. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide
12. Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed advanced technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security
